1. Is the live scooping halal?
All the ice cream available for live scooping is produced in our halal certified factory. However, our live scooping service itself is not halal certified as we cannot guarantee that our scooping equipment is only used for halal products. If you need a halal certified product, we would recommend our pre-packed cups instead. These are halal certified and individually sealed.
